Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?

  • United States: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of the World: Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Where do my Cactus products ship from?

All of our home goods and accessories are Print on Demand (POD). This means your items are custom-printed just for you and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure the highest quality.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes, absolutely! As soon as your order is packaged and leaves the facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package's journey.

## Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new home and tech accessories! We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your package is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Can I cancel or change my order? Because we use a Print on Demand system, production starts almost immediately after your order is placed. If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item enters production, we cannot stop or modify it.

What if my mug arrives broken or my phone case is damaged? We take great care in packaging our items, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at contact@cactushome.net with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will send you a replacement free of charge!

Are Cactus mugs microwave and dishwasher safe? Yes! Our ceramic mugs are fully microwave safe and can be washed in the dishwasher, making them perfect for your daily coffee or tea routines.
