Order Processing
All products sold by Cactus Home are made to order through our Print-on-Demand production process.
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
* United States: 5–12 business days
* Canada: 7–15 business days
* Europe: 7–20 business days
* Latin America: 10–25 business days
* Other international destinations: 10–30 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order contents.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Cactus Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production has started.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our direct control.
If a package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
