Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, design, or changing your mind after placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at contact@cactushome.net
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Custom or personalized products
* Print-on-demand products
* Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer
* Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
* Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
